1. Our Service

DropFour is a four-in-a-row strategy game training and ranked-ladder platform: engine analysis of your games, a perfect-play bot to train against, and a structured curriculum from fundamentals to master-level play. The ranked ladder is for skill and standing only — it does not offer any monetary or material prize.

2. Eligibility & Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, to create an account or make a payment. You're responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for all activity under your account.

3. Subscription & Billing

DropFour is offered on the following paid plans:

• Free — $0. Online play, bot, and puzzles, with ads and a limited daily analysis allowance.
• Remove ads — $2.99 USD, a one-time lifetime purchase. Turns off banner and interstitial ads on this account. Same analysis limit as Free.
• Pro — $4.99 USD per month (with a 3-day free trial) or $29.99 USD per year, billed in advance and renewed automatically until canceled. Both billing options include the same Pro features: Remove ads, the full lesson library, and unlimited engine analysis.

Web payments are processed by Stripe. Android purchases use Google Play Billing. We do not store your full payment card or bank details. An iOS app is not currently offered.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

You may cancel a Pro subscription (monthly or annual) at any time from your account settings (or Google Play for Android store billing). Cancellation stops future billing. Fees already paid for the current billing period are non-refundable once the period has begun. Remove ads is a one-time purchase; Play refunds, if any, follow Google Play's policy.

5. Acceptable Use

• No cheating: using engine assistance, bots, or automated tools during ranked games against other players
• No manipulating your rating or another player's rating through collusion or abandoned games
• No scraping, reverse-engineering, or overloading the Service
• No use of the Service for any unlawful purpose

6. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, software, and materials that make up the Service are owned by Quasar Labs LLC or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms grants you any ownership interest in the Service.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Quasar Labs LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenue, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Service after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
