This Privacy Policy explains how Quasar Labs LLC ("Quasar Labs," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and protects information in connection with dropfour.net (the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to the practices described here.

1. Information We Collect

Account information. When you create a DropFour account, we collect your email address, a username, and a password (stored in hashed form, never in plain text).

Gameplay data. We store the games you play, your ranked-ladder results and rating history, and your progress through the training curriculum, so the Service can show your stats and let you pick up where you left off.

Payment information. We do not collect or store your full card or bank details ourselves. Subscription and one-time payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. (web) or Google Play (Android) under their own privacy policies. We receive limited transaction information (such as the plan, amount, date, and payment status) needed to provide the Service and maintain our own business records.

Information collected automatically. Our hosting provider logs standard technical information for security and reliability — such as IP address, browser type, and pages requested — in the ordinary course of serving the site. Free accounts may also see ads from Google AdSense (web) or Google AdMob (Android), which may use cookies or device identifiers as described in those partners' policies.

2. How We Use Information

  • To provide, maintain, and improve the Service, including matchmaking, ratings, and the training curriculum
  • To process subscription and one-time payments and manage your account
  • To respond to inquiries sent to our contact email
  • To meet legal, tax, and financial obligations — including identity and business verification (KYC/KYB) checks required by our payment processor

3. How We Share Information

  • Stripe — to process web payments and, where applicable, run required compliance checks
  • Google Play — to process Android in-app purchases
  • Hosting and infrastructure providers — solely to operate and secure the Service
  • We do not sell your personal information
  • We may disclose information where required by law, subpoena, or other legal process

4. Data Retention

We retain your account and gameplay data for as long as your account remains active. If you delete your account, we will delete or anonymize your personal information within a reasonable time, except where we are required to keep transaction records for legal or accounting purposes.

5. Your Rights

You may access, correct, or delete your account information at any time from your account settings, or by contacting us at support@dropfour.net. We will respond within a reasonable time.

6. Children's Privacy

The Service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will take appropriate steps to remove it.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Material changes will be reflected here before they take effect.
